01

Ideas strike when you're away

You're on the train, at a coffee shop, or just away from your desk when the perfect fix hits you.

02

SSH + tmux is annoying on mobile

Tiny keyboards, context switching, and cryptic commands don't work on your phone.

03

Cloud workspaces mean moving code

You don't want to upload your repos and secrets to yet another cloud provider.

04

Can't quickly fix hot issues

A production bug hits while you're out. Opening a laptop isn't always an option.

Your remote developer on call.

Duilio runs on your Mac and lets you securely trigger tools, run commands, edit files, and review diffs from your phone. Your code and secrets never leave your machine.

Remote commands

Run tests, migrations, scripts, and terminal commands directly from your phone.

File + diff editing

Ask the agent to edit files and review changes before applying them.

Safe by design

Code and secrets never leave your Mac. All connections are end-to-end encrypted.

Agents on top

Orchestrate LLM agents to do multi-step tasks like refactoring or debugging.

How Duilio works.

03

Talk or type

Send instructions via chat, see live output, and approve file changes.

04

Ship

Merge, deploy, or push using your existing tools. Duilio fits your workflow.

Security first, then convenience.

Code stays on your Mac

No repo mirroring to external cloud. Your files never leave your machine.

End-to-end encrypted

All communication between your phone and Mac is encrypted. We can't read your messages.

Explicit approvals

Risky commands and file changes require your confirmation before execution.

Why the name Duilio?

Duilio was my grandfather — a double PhD in law from Maracaibo, Venezuela, founder of the "Registro Mercantil Primero", and a respected lawyer and politician.

He provided stability and education for our family during turbulent times. His work ethic and integrity shaped how I think about building things.

This product is named after him as a reminder to build tools that are solid, trustworthy, and long-lasting. Not flashy, just reliable.

FAQ

Yes. Your code never leaves your Mac. Duilio runs locally and only the encrypted commands and responses travel between your devices. We cannot see your code.

No. Unlike cloud workspaces, Duilio keeps everything on your machine. The cloud relay (optional) only routes encrypted messages — your actual code and files stay on your Mac.

Currently, Duilio supports macOS (menu bar agent) and iOS (mobile client). We are starting with Apple platforms because that is where most developers work. Other platforms may be considered in the future.

No. Duilio works independently of any IDE. It runs commands on your Mac, so it works with any code editor, terminal, or development tools you prefer.

We are focused on individual developers first. Team features are on our radar, but we want to perfect the solo experience before adding complexity.

We have not finalized pricing yet. Early access users will get founder pricing — a permanently discounted rate as a thank you for early feedback.

We are currently in private alpha via TestFlight. We plan to launch publicly on the App Store in 2025. Join the waitlist to get early access.
